Our All-Inclusive Planning package is a true planning partnership, designed for couples hosting a multi-day celebration or full wedding weekend experience who want to enjoy every moment while having each detail thoughtfully managed.
We begin with a consultation to get to know you, your priorities, and your plans for the celebration. From there, we guide you through every stage of the planning process, including budget management, venue selection, vendor recommendations, design, logistics, and unlimited planning and design time.
With every detail working together across your entire weekend, you can focus on what matters most, celebrating with the people you love, knowing the planning is in experienced hands.
This option includes everything in the Wedding Management Package. 

Wedding Management​ & Coordination ​

Guidance Where You Need It
Our Wedding Management & Coordination package is designed for couples who want the freedom to plan their own wedding while having an experienced professional by their side throughout the process. From the day you book with us, we're part of your team.
More than "day-of coordination," this package includes up to 10 hours of pre-planning support, access to our extensive décor inventory, and a personalized Google planning portal filled with helpful tools and resources to keep everything organized, collaborative, and on track.
This package is a perfect fit for couples who are comfortable doing the legwork but appreciate experienced guidance along the way. Throughout your wedding weekend, our team will be onsite to oversee the details, coordinate your vendors, and ensure everything comes together just as planned—allowing you, your family, and your guests to simply enjoy the celebration.

Planning Based On Your Needs.
Have you  started the planning process but have come to the point where you could use some help? We can customize a package to bring together the final details. 
Are you hosting a full weekend of activities? We can assist with Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Reception or Games Day as well as Brunch or Send Off Luncheon. 
If you are planning an event other than a wedding, we've got you covered there too. We can help with showers, private parties, corporate and community events and more.
